Bodmin Trigg Morris Men pose for a team photo

Bodmin Trigg Morris Men - -
Easter Saturday saw the start of a very busy season ( through to September ) for Bodmin Trigg Morris Men. They were formed in 1971 and carry on one of England's oldest customs - that of The Morris Dance.
Their programme took them to The Archers Arms in the village of Lewannick - where I took many photos of their performance, and after, they kindly agreed to pose for a group photo; and at their request, the photo was to include the village church in the background. That photo is attached here.
Later in the day, they were to perform at Lanhydrock near Bodmin. This is a most beautiful setting of a National Trust property and I followed them there to get more shots with this country house setting as a back drop.
